I would skip the air conditioner for more cabinets under the sink. It looks like a great addition to your line up.

I would like to see the 320 lite in a clam shell model a/c up on top shelf if possible but not a deal breaker, cassette toilet is great, option for no sink or grey water tank in back kitchen just 2 burners and slide out 12 volt cooler would be great!
